Briefing. Starting the house from the roof is never an option. The first thing we do at CREA is listen to our clients' needs in order to set objectives and a strategy to follow, along with fully personalised advice tailored to their needs.
Development. Once we know the details of the event, we present a tailored budget and prepare a first version of the timing, which evolves along with the project and adapts to all kinds of contingencies (agenda, schedules, guests, etc.).
Execution. CREA has partners and suppliers throughout Spain and Portugal so we can choose the one that best suits each event, from furniture and lighting to transport for moving guests. Depending on the complexity of the project, CREA's technical team travels up to three days before the event to begin the set-up at the chosen venue. This way, using 3D plans and renders, they guide the assembly team. On the day of the event, the team coordinates all the parties involved on site to respond quickly and effectively to any contingency that may arise.
Closing. CREA's work does not end when the event finishes. The team analyses the results, assesses the level of satisfaction of both clients and attendees, and holds a debrief with those in charge to bring together all points of view.
